Bridget Crowther

Bridget Crowther is the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, the second largest local geological association in the United States. In her role, she brings deep experience in organizational leadership, member engagement, and advancing a mission-driven community, skills she is eager to put to work in service of the arts.

Bridget's love of performance began on the dance floor. As a childhood dancer, she learned firsthand how the performing arts shape confidence, discipline, and a sense of belonging. That early spark never faded, and she has remained a devoted audience member throughout her life, cheering on performers with the enthusiasm of someone who knows exactly how much courage it takes to step into the spotlight.

Bridget is thrilled to join the board and looks forward to helping the Salem Playhouse thrive for years to come.
